Cars & Coffee Hawaii

October’s @cars_and_coffee_hawaii event will be a Halloween celebration and Trunk-N-Treat at the Pearl Harbor Aviation Museum on Ford Island from 11 a.m. - 2 p.m. on the 31st of October. We will also hold a costume competition and best decorated trunk/vehicle prize. The museum cafe will have food available for purchase and we are hopeful to have 1-2 food and drink vendors within the show area. Each attendee and 1 guest will receive free admission to the museum! We thank the staff of PHAM for offering that exclusive perk to all of our event attendees. Non-DOD members are welcomed to enter their vehicle. All show participants must RSVP through our website so that we can provide an attendance list to the museum and base security. All non-DOD ID holders MUST complete a pre-screening registration form that can be downloaded from our website google drive (link located on registration page). Please follow the instructions on the form exactly as written or your event pass request will be denied by security forces. All forms must be printed out and hand signed. No e-signatures will be accepted. Once signed, forms can be dropped off at our September Cars & Coffee at Wai Kai Sunday the 20th or you can scan your signed forms in and email to [email protected] - incorrect forms will be rejected and sent back. Of note, you must include a scanned copy front and back of your driver’s license. Security will conduct criminal background checks before granting access to Ford Island. It is very important that you read carefully and follow all instructions. You will also need a form for each guest attending with you if they do not have a DOD ID. Deadline for non-DOD members to register and submit their form is 11:59 p.m. on 9 October. No late registrations will be accepted. DoD ID holders can RSVP on our site up to one week prior. Participation in the trunk-n-treat and decorating vehicles is not mandatory, but is encouraged as we will be supporting military families and their children during the event.
