WHAT INFORMATION WE HAVE & WHERE WE GET IT

When we gather your personal details, we store them in various customer databases—such as those used for ticketing to manage your event entry, payment processing platforms for order handling, customer service systems to address any issues, and marketing databases so we can communicate with you, respecting your stated preferences. Because of our global presence, certain products and services might vary and may not be available in the country where your account is registered.

  • When you create an account or buy tickets: By creating an account, purchasing a ticket, signing up for a presale, or receiving a transferred ticket from a friend, you provide us directly with certain details. Depending on what service is provided, this can include contact and billing information—your name, street address, postal or ZIP code, email, phone number, and credit card data.

  • When you buy tickets from third parties: If you purchase tickets on a third-party e-commerce platform, that third party sends us information like your billing and contact details, as well as data about the ticket purchase itself, to enable us to allocate your tickets.

  • When using our websites and apps: We may rely on tracking technologies (e.g., browser cookies, web beacons) and features like GPS or Wi-Fi to gather information about your browser type, device, IP address, location, the site you came from, activities you did or did not perform on our site/app, and the site you visit once you leave. For more on how we collect such data, refer to our Cookie Policy.

  • When contacting our customer support and fan experience teams: Whenever you reach out to our Customer Services teams with inquiries or feedback, we document these interactions to provide assistance and retain evidence of the support offered.

  • When using social media and public online forums: Engaging with social media features on our website or apps, posting on social platforms, or commenting in a public area of one of our sites may result in those social media services sharing some of your data with us.

  • When booking accessible tickets: If you have specific accessibility needs, we request details once so we can ensure an outstanding experience at events. After providing this once, your accessibility requirements remain on record to streamline future accessible ticket purchases.

  • When selling a ticket on AutoLNK: To transfer funds to you, we must collect certain identification details to satisfy Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements. Once verified, we erase these ID documents securely. Additionally, if you act as a seller using our services, we may gather extra identification data (such as tax identification numbers).

  • Processing of children’s data: In the rare instances we collect data from children, we always obtain parental consent and only use that information for the specific purposes stated at the time of collection.

  • Geodemographic data: We may compile or use information from suppliers (like advertising and marketing partners) that includes geodemographic data—age range, gender, your preferred events, or products you buy. This helps us tailor our services more effectively. If you prefer we not do this, review the “Your Rights &

    Choices” section below.

  • Information for health & safety measures: If needed for compliance with applicable laws (for example, related to infectious disease), we may collect names, contact details, seat locations, and times of entry and exit for ticket buyers and attendees. In circumstances where an event organizer’s third party requires health-related data (e.g., test results), please review their privacy policy and terms to understand how such data is collected and utilized.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION & WHY

This portion outlines the various ways we utilize your data and the legal justifications behind those uses.

  1. For the fulfillment of our contractual agreement with you:

    • When you make purchases: If you engage in a transaction or enter into a contract with us (such as buying a ticket or merchandise), we will:

      • Handle your order

      • Send you customer service communications, including booking confirmations and reminders about upcoming events

      • Process payments

      • Provide you with support related to your purchase

    • Event Partner(s): We share details with Event Partner(s) (for instance, promoters or venues) so they can manage their part of the event, allocate seating, inform you of any event changes, and deliver crucial event-related information.

    • Fan Registration: Some events offer a Fan Registration presale. If you take part, we use your data for profiling to prevent fraudulent ticket buying. Being declined doesn’t mean you cannot attempt to buy tickets at a later time. For more details on how we use your data during Fan Registration, see our FAQs for North America or International.

    • Contests, Competitions, and Referrals: Your information may be used to confirm your participation in events or contests. Sometimes you may provide a friend’s information, for example, when using a

referral service to recommend our site or to purchase a gift card. We use that friend’s information solely for the requested service. That friend may contact us to request deletion of their details.

  2. For our legitimate business interests:

    • Marketing: Where permitted by applicable laws, we may reach out with information or offers about upcoming events, products, or services. Methods may include email, push/web notifications, SMS, or social media messages. You can update your marketing preferences at any time—refer to the “Your choices and rights” section.

    • Advertising & Cookies: As allowed by local laws, we may use your data for personalized advertising and marketing on our websites or apps, depending on your location. For more, see our Cookie Policy.

    • Market Research & Fan Feedback: To refine and customize our offerings, we conduct market research and analyses. We may also invite you to complete satisfaction surveys or take part in user testing (e.g., focus groups). Every such communication includes an option to unsubscribe if you wish.

    • Personalization: To ensure communications and our website content are relevant for you (depending on your location). For example, if you “favorite” certain artists, buy tickets, attend events with friends, or register for presales, we’ll inform you about similar events you might enjoy. A user profile is created based on our knowledge of you and your engagement with our services. Turning off personalization stops tailored recommendations, and any newsletters will become more general. However, if you specifically request alerts for certain artists or venues, those will still be sent. Even with personalization off, we may still need to conduct profiling for core services (like preventing fraud) or for scenarios you explicitly opt into (such as Fan Registration Presales).

  3. For our paramount legitimate business interests:

    • Unlawful Activity Prevention: To identify or prevent illegal activities and safeguard our legal rights, or as permitted by law. This includes ensuring tickets go to genuine fans and protecting intellectual property from misuse, preventing fraud, and deterring criminal acts.

    • Site Protection: Our site is safeguarded by reCAPTCHA Enterprise. The Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.

    • Event Security: To ensure the safety of attendees and to protect both our interests and those of our Event Partners.

  4. Where you have provided consent:

    • Marketing (where applicable by law): If local regulations require consent, we may contact you about future events, products, or services through email, push/web notifications, SMS, or social media. You may change your marketing preferences any time; refer to “Your choices and rights.”

    • Location-Based Services: For example, our applications may request permission to access your location so you can search for local events, receive location-based alerts, or view your position on an event’s map.

    • LOCATION Data

Our app may collect and use your device's location data to provide core features such as [e.g., displaying your real-time location on a map, showing nearby users or events, enabling location-based functionality]. This data may include precise GPS coordinates or approximate location derived from network signals.

      We only collect location data:

      • With your permission, and

      • While the app is in use (or in the background, if you've enabled background location access in your device settings).

Your location data is used solely to deliver app functionality and is not shared with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. You can manage or revoke location permissions at any time through your device settings.

    • Advertising & Cookies (where permitted): In certain jurisdictions, we deliver customized advertising and marketing communications on our websites and apps. Check our Cookie Policy for more details. • Accessibility: If you specifically provide consent for processing health-related details, we use

this to meet your accessibility needs at events. • Commercial Partners: Sometimes we collaborate with Commercial Partners (independent data controllers) to offer additional benefits, such as travel packages, sponsorships, or special presales. If sharing data isn’t strictly necessary for fulfilling your requested contract, we will ask for your permission before proceeding.

  5. To safeguard vital interests:

    • Health and Safety: If we or any of our third-party partners must comply with health and safety regulations, we may gather attendee details—such as contact information and seating data—to reach out if necessary, or to share with relevant government authorities. This information is regularly deleted once no longer required.

WHO WE SHARE YOUR DATA WITH & WHY

  • AutoLNK Companies: Within the AutoLNK family and related enterprises, which might provide services such as marketing, profiling, analytics, technical assistance, and product support.

  • External service providers acting on our behalf: These may be located outside your jurisdiction and include:

    • Cloud hosting providers who supply the infrastructure for our global products and systems

    • Payment platforms that enable processing of financial transactions

    • Outsourced customer service teams who assist in addressing your inquiries

    • Information security providers who safeguard our platforms

    • Marketing vendors supporting our data analytics, communications, and advertising activities

  • Event Partners: Entities like promoters, venues, or artists who help produce the event. We share relevant details with them so they can manage the event, as outlined in their own privacy policies. In some instances, you will be informed of the Event Partners at the time of purchase and may choose whether to receive their marketing messages, depending on your country.

  • Selling your ticket on AutoLNK: If you buy or sell tickets through our platform, we may disclose information to the other party to ensure proper ticket delivery or payment.

  • Third-Party Products: If you purchase goods or services provided by third-party vendors (such as insurance or merchandise), we share data necessary for them to process and deliver your order. For online transactions, these may be handled by Braintree, a PayPal service. Refer to Braintree’s Privacy Policy for how they manage credit card payment data.

  • Commercial Partners: These third parties collaborate with us to offer extra value-added services. Since the involved Commercial Partners can vary, we will provide timely information whenever data is shared so you know it’s being processed according to their privacy notices.

  • Disclosures Required by Law: We may share data in response to legal mandates (like court orders or subpoenas) or with government agencies when legally authorized or required. We may also share information during fraud investigations.

  • Successors: If all or part of our business is sold, reorganized, or transferred, customer data may be included as part of that transaction.

We may disclose your information for other reasons not covered in this policy. If that occurs, we will inform you before we proceed.

    YOUR CHOICES & RIGHTS

Your available choices and rights may vary depending on the specific country from which you are using our services. We have categorized them based on different regions. To purchase and use tickets, fans must first create an AutoLNK account and share personal data. Doing this enables us to serve you effectively and issue digital tickets. If you choose not to supply the necessary information when setting up an account, you will be unable to buy and access digital tickets.

    1. Your choices

If you have given consent (in markets where consent forms the basis for data use), you retain the right to withdraw it by taking these steps:

  • To stop receiving our marketing materials, you can adjust your preferences within your account settings, use the unsubscribe link included in any marketing email we send, or contact us directly and we will address this for you.

  • To refuse the use of cookies and tracking technologies, refer to our Cookie Policy. You can also manage your cookie settings by using the cookie preference tools available on our websites and apps.

  • To opt out of location tracking and push notifications, you can modify these permissions in your device settings or ensure that location services remain disabled. For disabling web push notifications, you need to adjust settings within your chosen browser.

In markets where we rely on legitimate interest and you wish to object:

  • To object to receiving marketing materials, you can change your preferences in your account, follow the unsubscribe link in our emails, or contact us to do it on your behalf.

  • To object to personalization, adjust the relevant settings in your account. If you find that no such option exists there, you may contact us, and we will make the changes for you.

  • If you do not want to be contacted for fan feedback purposes, you can utilize the unsubscribe function in those communications, or contact us directly to have it handled on your behalf.

    1. Your rights

As our fan community spans the globe, the privacy laws and rights that apply to you depend on your location. For example, certain legal frameworks like the GDPR in Europe, the LGPD in Brazil, or the CCPA in the United States may influence the rights available to you. The rights set forth may or may not apply depending on the laws in your particular market.

Global Rights (excluding United States) United States Rights

    LOOKING AFTER YOUR INFORMATION

We take measures to keep your data protected. The specific safeguards vary depending on the nature and sensitivity of the information involved. If you suspect that someone has created an unauthorized account using

your name, please contact us. We are not responsible for third-party apps or websites. If you click a link leading to an external website, you will leave our platform. Our privacy policy does not cover those external sites, so read their policies with care. Additionally, our site may include third-party content featuring their own cookies or tracking methods.

How long do we store your personal information?

Your AutoLNK account represents your digital identity within AutoLNK; it is the foundation that ensures your ticket purchases remain secure and associated with you personally. It is also the reference point for determining how long we retain your data.

Each time you purchase a ticket, log in, or interact with our platform, we record the activity. As long as your account remains active, we will continue to hold the information we have processed about you. For example, we will:

  • Keep a record of your purchases or favorites so we can suggest events you may find appealing.

  • Retain your assigned tickets, ensuring that real fans maintain access to their events.

  • Keep your account validated and secure.

Your information is deleted when either: (1) you request your account to be removed, after which it and its associated data are erased within a maximum of 90 days or as required by your local laws, or (2) your account has been inactive for seven consecutive years.

In addition to this account-based policy, other factors influence how long we retain data:

  • We keep information as needed to deliver requested services. For instance, if you have upcoming events tied to your account, we cannot delete your account until after those events occur, so that you maintain access.

  • We retain certain data due to legal obligations. For example, specific purchase records may be kept for accounting and tax requirements, even if your account has been removed.

  • We delete data that was processed with your consent if you withdraw that consent. For example, if you provided information regarding accessibility needs, and later withdraw consent, we would remove that data.

  • In the interest of security and safety, we store limited information in separate databases. This helps us prevent and detect fraud, maintain cybersecurity measures, and enforce our terms and conditions, including identifying attempts to circumvent them.

When it is time to remove your data, we will either:

  • Securely delete it, or

  • Anonymize it. For instance, if we need year-over-year sales metrics, we retain the sales figures but remove any data linking them to the individuals who made those purchases.

    Data Transfers

Being part of a global family of companies headquartered in the United States means we may need to move your information outside your country of residence. This can happen under circumstances like:

  • Using shared services provided by the AutoLNK group of companies, some of which might operate outside your home country. Our global platform, for example, is developed and maintained primarily in the United States and the United Kingdom.

  • Facilitating top-tier touring acts and providing a seamless experience may require international data transfers if a performance or service is hosted outside your home country.

  • Employing global service providers, such as those mentioned above.

We follow strict rules to ensure your data maintains a high level of protection during these transfers. When we move your information outside of your local region, we implement suitable safeguards. Where needed, we will rely on recognized mechanisms to ensure protection standards remain consistent. Such mechanisms may include:

  • Contractual Clauses (like the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or other relevant authorities) • Binding Corporate Rules • Binding Corporate Processor Rules

If you would like more information or a copy of the relevant documentation, you can contact us.
