You acknowledge that the Services may include advertisements, which are necessary for AutoLNK to offer the Services. You also acknowledge that the Services may include communications from AutoLNK, such as service announcements, administrative messages, and newsletters. These communications are considered part of the Services, and you may not have the option to opt out of receiving them. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new features that enhance or expand the current Services, including new releases of AutoLNK properties, will be subject to these Terms.
You acknowledge that the Services are provided "AS-IS" and that AutoLNK does not take responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, misdelivery, or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings. You are responsible for obtaining the necessary access to the Services, which may involve third-party fees (such as charges from your Internet service provider or mobile carrier). You are responsible for any such fees, including those associated with the display or delivery of advertisements. Additionally, you must provide and maintain all equipment necessary to access the Services. You understand that the technical processing and transmission of the Services, including your content, may involve transmissions over various networks and may require changes to conform and adapt to the technical requirements of connecting networks or devices.

by updating the “Last Updated” date at the beginning of these Terms. By continuing to use the Services after any updates, you agree to accept the revised Terms, including all terms incorporated by reference. It is recommended that you review these Terms regularly to stay informed of the terms and conditions that apply when you access or use the Services. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should not access or use the Services.
To use certain features of AutoLNK, you may need to register for an account, thereby becoming a user or member of AutoLNK Services. By registering, you confirm that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and that you are not prohibited from using AutoLNK Services under the laws of the United States or any other applicable jurisdiction. You agree to: (a) provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted during the registration process; and (b) maintain and promptly update your information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. If you provide information that is false, inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete, or if AutoLNK has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is false, inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete, AutoLNK reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and deny any current or future use of the Services (or any part thereof). By registering, you agree that all current and future free features of the AutoLNK website are opt-in, with the exception of contests. You have the option to opt-out of these features by adjusting your settings in your account control panel.
AutoLNK places a high priority on the safety and privacy of all its users, especially minors. Therefore, users under the age of 18 are not permitted to create an account or use AutoLNK Services. If you are under 18 years old, you must not attempt to register or use any of AutoLNK’s Services. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and accept all risks related to unauthorized access to your account and the information you provide. You agree to
(a) immediately notify AutoLNK of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach, and (b) acknowledge that AutoLNK will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these requirements.

Through the AutoLNK Services, you may have the ability to share various forms of content, including but not limited to information, data, text, software, sound, images, graphics, video, messages, tags, and other materials (“Content”). You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for any Content that you upload, post, email, transmit, or otherwise make available via AutoLNK Services. This means that you, not AutoLNK, bear full responsibility for the Content you provide through the Services. By sharing Content on or through the
Services, you grant AutoLNK a fully paid, royalty-free, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, sublicense, distribute, reproduce, modify, adapt, and display such Content (in whole or in part) for the purposes of (i) delivering the Services, including making Content accessible to other users; and (ii) enhancing the Services. You also grant other registered users a non- exclusive license to access your Content through the Services and to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and perform such Content solely as allowed by the functionality of the Services and under these Terms.
AutoLNK does not pre-screen, monitor, or verify the Content posted via its Services, and therefore does not guarantee its accuracy, integrity, or quality. You understand that by using the Services, you may encounter Content that is objectionable or inappropriate. AutoLNK will not be liable for any Content, including errors, omissions, or any loss or damage that arises from the use of any Content shared through the AutoLNK Services.
By posting Content, you represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and authority to grant the rights you provide in these Terms for any Content you submit, post, or display on or through the Services. You agree not to use AutoLNK Services to:
Share Content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, obscene, defamatory, invasive of privacy, hateful, or otherwise objectionable.
Cause harm to minors in any manner.
Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

Post unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, spam, chain letters, or any other form of solicitation, except in designated areas permitted by AutoLNK.
Upload materials containing viruses, malware, or any other harmful code that could damage or disrupt the Services, or any related hardware, software, or telecommunications equipment.
Interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the Services, servers, or networks connected to AutoLNK Services, or violate any policies or regulations of networks connected to the Services.
Provide material support or resources to organizations designated as foreign terrorist organizations by the U.S. government.
Harass or stalk other individuals.
Collect, store, transfer, or sell personal information about other users without their consent.
AutoLNK reserves the right, but is not obligated, to pre-screen, monitor, or remove any Content at its discretion, particularly if it violates these Terms or is deemed objectionable. You acknowledge that you must assess and assume all risks associated with using any Content, including reliance on its accuracy, completeness, or usefulness. You may not rely on any Content created by AutoLNK or submitted to AutoLNK, including information in blogs, comments, or other parts of the Services.
You agree that AutoLNK may access, preserve, and disclose your personal information and Content if required by law or in good faith belief that such actions are necessary to (i) comply with legal requirements; (ii) enforce these Terms; (iii) respond to claims that any Content infringes third-party rights; (iv) address your customer service requests; or (v) protect the rights, property, or safety of AutoLNK, its users, and the public.
AutoLNK Services and the software embedded within them may include security features that protect digital materials, and your use of these materials is subject to the usage rules set by AutoLNK and content providers. You may not attempt to override or circumvent any usage rules embedded in the Services. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or public display of materials provided through AutoLNK Services, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited.
AutoLNK provides you with a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable, and non- sublicensable license to access and use the Services and related content on an “as-is” basis for your personal, non-commercial use. This license is subject to the Terms and does not grant you the right to: (i) sell, resell, or use the Services for commercial purposes; (ii) distribute, publicly perform, or display any content from the Services; (iii) alter or create derivative works from the Services or any part thereof; (iv) employ data mining, robots, or similar data extraction methods; (v) download any part of the Services, other than standard page caching, unless expressly authorized by AutoLNK; or (vi) use the Services in any way that is not aligned with its intended purposes. This license is conditional upon your compliance with these Terms.
Given the global reach of the Internet, you agree to follow all applicable local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content. Use of AutoLNK Services, including the transfer, posting, and uploading of software, technology, and other technical data, may be governed by U.S. and other countries' export and import laws. You agree to comply with all relevant export and import regulations. Specifically: (a) you confirm that you are not on any government lists that restrict exports, such as the U.S. Denied Persons, Entity, or Specially Designated Nationals Lists, and you will not transfer software, technology, or technical data through AutoLNK Services to anyone on these lists; (b) you agree not to use AutoLNK Services for purposes related to military, nuclear, missile, chemical, or biological weapons that would violate U.S. export laws; and (c) you agree not to transfer, upload, or post
software, technology, or technical data through AutoLNK Services in a manner that violates
U.S. or other applicable export or import laws.
You are prohibited from attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of AutoLNK’s Services or related systems and networks, such as through hacking, password cracking, or other unauthorized methods. You may not compromise or try to bypass security or authentication measures on the Services, nor interfere with their normal operation.
Misrepresenting your identity, impersonating others, or engaging in behavior that disrupts others' use of the Services is also prohibited, as determined solely by AutoLNK.
Additionally, you agree not to, and not to assist others in:
Modifying, dismantling, reverse engineering, decoding, reproducing, copying, extracting, distributing, selling, renting, displaying, or otherwise exploiting the Services in any form unless expressly permitted by AutoLNK.
Uploading, posting, or storing files or materials that contain viruses, malware, or any harmful code.
Creating links to, mirroring, or framing any part of the Services without prior written approval from AutoLNK.
Collecting data from the Services through scraping, indexing, or automated methods, or otherwise overloading or disrupting the operation of the Services.
Removing or altering any notices of ownership or proprietary rights on the Services or associated materials.
AutoLNK’s Services may include links to third-party websites or resources ("External Sites") provided for your convenience. AutoLNK does not control these External Sites and does not endorse any advertisements, products, or other content available from them. You agree that AutoLNK is not responsible for the availability or content of External Sites and is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your use of, or reliance on, any External Sites, including the accuracy or reliability of any information, advertising, products, or other materials available from them.
When you submit ideas, suggestions, documents, or proposals ("Contributions") to AutoLNK through its feedback or suggestion platforms, you agree that: (a) your Contributions are not confidential or proprietary; (b) AutoLNK is under no obligation to keep your Contributions confidential; (c) AutoLNK may use, disclose, or choose not to use or disclose your Contributions in any way, for any purpose, and in any media worldwide; (d) AutoLNK might already be working on or considering similar ideas or proposals; (e) all rights to your Contributions will automatically transfer to AutoLNK without any obligation to compensate
you; and (f) you will not receive any compensation or reimbursement for your Contributions from AutoLNK under any circumstances.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold AutoLNK harmless against any and all third-party claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees and related costs) that arise from or relate to these Terms or your use of the Services. This includes any claims related to: (a) your use or misuse of the Services or any Content; (b) feedback you provide; (c) violations of these Terms; (d) infringements on the rights of others, including other users; (e) failure to meet any commitments or agreements you make; (f) your Content or Contributions; or (g) any off- platform benefits or activities, including any actions or omissions by you or related third parties. You agree to promptly inform AutoLNK of any such third-party claims and to fully cooperate in the defense of these claims. AutoLNK reserves the right to take control of the defense or settlement of any such claims at its discretion. THIS INDEMNIFICATION IS IN ADDITION TO ANY OTHER INDEMNITIES SET FORTH IN ANY SEPARATE
WRITTEN AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND AUTOLNK. Note that the Organizer, not AutoLNK, holds sole responsibility for any ticket or merchandise purchases you make.
You agree not to reproduce, copy, sell, trade, resell, or use any part of AutoLNK Services, including its content, advertisements, or software, for commercial purposes.
You understand that AutoLNK may set general guidelines and limits on the use of its Services. This may include limits on the duration that messages, blog posts, comments, or other content will be stored; the maximum number of messages that can be sent or received by your account; the maximum size of emails; the amount of disk space allotted on AutoLNK's servers for your use; and the frequency or length of time you may access the Services within a specific period. You agree that AutoLNK is not liable for the deletion or failure to store any messages, communications, or other content maintained or transmitted by the Services. You also acknowledge that AutoLNK has the right to deactivate accounts that remain inactive for extended periods and may modify these usage and storage policies at any time without notice.
AutoLNK may, at any time, alter, pause, or permanently end the Services or any part of them, with or without prior notice. You agree that AutoLNK is not liable to you or any third parties for any alterations, interruptions, or termination of the Services.
You can close your AutoLNK account, including any linked email addresses and access to Services, by submitting a termination request to AutoLNK.
AutoLNK has the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate, restrict, or suspend your account, related email addresses, or access to the Services at any time, with or without cause and without notice. Reasons for such actions might include, but are not limited to: (a) breaching these Terms or related guidelines; (b) legal requirements or requests from authorities; (c) major changes to or discontinuation of the Services; (d) unexpected technical or security issues; (e) long periods of account inactivity; (f) involvement in illegal, deceptive, or fraudulent activities; or (g) failure to pay any charges associated with the Services. You acknowledge that such decisions are made solely by AutoLNK, and AutoLNK is not responsible to you or others for ending your account, linked email addresses, or access to the Services.
Ending your AutoLNK account may involve: (a) removing your access to certain parts or all of the Services; (b) deleting your password and all related account information, files, and content; and (c) barring you from further use of the Services in whole or in part.
AutoLNK operates its Services from the United States. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., you are responsible for complying with your local laws and regulations.
Any interactions, transactions, or participation in promotions with advertisers found on or through AutoLNK Services, including payments, delivery of goods or services, and any associated terms, conditions, warranties, or representations, are solely between you and the advertiser. You agree that AutoLNK is not responsible or liable for any loss or damage arising from these dealings or the presence of advertisers on the Services. AutoLNK does not provide any warranty regarding the goods or services offered by advertisers.
The Services may include links to third-party websites or resources. You acknowledge that AutoLNK is not responsible for the availability or content of these external sites or resources, nor does AutoLNK endorse or assume any liability for content, advertising, products, or other materials available from such sites or resources. You further agree that AutoLNK is not liable for any loss or damage, directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of or reliance on any content, goods, or services accessed through these third-party links.
You acknowledge that the Services and any associated software ("Software") used in connection with the Services contain proprietary and confidential information protected by intellectual property laws and other applicable regulations. You also agree that the content,
including advertisements or other information presented through the Services or by advertisers, is protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents, or other proprietary rights and laws. Except as explicitly allowed by law or authorized by AutoLNK or the relevant rights holder (such as an advertiser), you agree not to alter, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute, transmit, broadcast, publicly perform, or create derivative works from the Services, any content, or the Software, in whole or in part. You also agree not to modify the Software or use modified versions of it, including (but not limited to) accessing the Services through unauthorized means. You will only access the Services via the interface provided by AutoLNK.
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT:
YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES AND SOFTWARE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE SERVICES AND SOFTWARE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." AUTOLNK, ALONG WITH ITS AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNERS, AND LICENSORS, DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF TITLE, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
AUTOLNK AND ITS AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, DIRECTORS, SHAREHOLDERS, AGENTS, PARTNERS, AND LICENSORS DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT: (i) THE SERVICES OR SOFTWARE WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS; (ii) THE SERVICES OR SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE; (iii) THE RESULTS FROM USING THE SERVICES OR SOFTWARE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE; (iv) THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, INFORMATION, OR OTHER MATERIALS PURCHASED OR OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICES OR SOFTWARE WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS; AND (v) ANY ERRORS IN THE SOFTWARE WILL BE FIXED.
ANY CONTENT OR MATERIAL ACCESSED THROUGH THE USE OF THE SERVICES OR SOFTWARE IS DONE AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK, AND YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM, DEVICE, INTERNET ACCESS, OR LOSS OF DATA RESULTING FROM THE USE OF SUCH MATERIAL. YOU HEREBY WAIVE ANY AND ALL CLAIMS AND CAUSES OF ACTION RELATED TO SUCH DAMAGES.
NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED FROM AUTOLNK OR THROUGH THE SERVICES OR SOFTWARE, WILL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THESE TERMS.
You agree that AutoLNK, along with its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents, partners, and licensors, will not be held responsible for any punitive, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages. This includes, without limitation, any losses related to profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses, even if AutoLNK has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Such damages may arise from: (a) your use of or inability to use the Services; (b) the costs associated with procuring substitute goods or services; (c) unauthorized access to or changes to your data or transmissions; (d) actions or statements made by third parties on the Services; or (e) any other matters related to the use of the Services.
Regardless of anything stated in these Terms, AutoLNK’s total liability for any claims related to your use of the Services, content (including your own), or any items purchased or sold through the Services will not exceed the greater of either (A) $100 or (B) the total amount you paid to AutoLNK for the specific Services related to the claim.
Certain jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion or limitation of certain liabilities, including incidental or consequential damages. As a result, some of the limitations and exclusions specified above may not apply to you. Both you and AutoLNK intend for these limitations and exclusions to be applied to the fullest extent allowed by applicable law.
Unless specifically stated otherwise in these Terms, there are no third-party beneficiaries under these Terms.
AutoLNK may send you notifications, including updates to these Terms, through various methods such as email, postal mail, text messages, postings on the Services, or any other reasonable methods available now or in the future. If you access the Services in an unauthorized manner, you might not receive these notifications. By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge that you are considered to have received all notifications as long as you access the Services as authorized.
You consent to receive all communications, agreements, disclosures, and notices from AutoLNK electronically, and agree that these electronic communications fulfill any legal requirement for such communications to be in writing. It is your responsibility to save copies of these communications, either by printing them or saving them electronically. AutoLNK is not obligated to store these communications for future access or retrieval.
All trademarks, trade names, service marks, logos, and other branding elements associated with AutoLNK are the exclusive property of AutoLNK. You agree not to display, use, or
reproduce AutoLNK’s trademarks or branding elements in any manner without prior written consent from AutoLNK, or unless specifically allowed through authorized channels, such as embedded links provided directly by AutoLNK.
AutoLNK is committed to protecting intellectual property rights and expects users of its Services to uphold these standards. In cases where it is deemed appropriate, AutoLNK may suspend or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe upon others’ intellectual property rights. If you believe your copyrighted material or other intellectual property has been used in a way that constitutes infringement, please submit the following details to AutoLNK:
A physical or digital signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright or intellectual property in question.
A detailed description of the copyrighted work or intellectual property that you believe has been infringed.
Information identifying where the allegedly infringing material is located on the AutoLNK site.
Your contact details, including address, phone number, and email address.
A statement made in good faith that you believe the disputed use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A declaration, under penalty of perjury, confirming that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rightful owner of the copyright or intellectual property, the exclusive licensee, or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

Service Fees
When you purchase services from AutoLNK, you agree to pay the full fee at the time of placing your order. All fees are due immediately and are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise, even if the services are canceled, suspended, or transferred before the end of the service period. AutoLNK reserves the right to change pricing at any time, with notice provided via email or on the website. You are required to provide a valid credit card for
payments and ensure it remains current while services are active on your account. You are also responsible for paying any applicable taxes. Additional payment terms may apply.
If there is any conflict between statements made by organizations using AutoLNK’s services—such as promotions claiming "no fees"—and the actual fees imposed by AutoLNK, the fees set by AutoLNK will always prevail. This policy ensures that any external statements do not override AutoLNK’s fee requirements.
For customers on a monthly billing plan, your payment date will typically align with the date of service purchase unless this date falls after the 28th, in which case billing will occur on the 28th of each month. AutoLNK will automatically renew your services as they come due and will charge the active credit card on file (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express).
If AutoLNK cannot process your credit card for the full payment amount, your account may be suspended until the issue is resolved. In the event of non-payment or a chargeback on any amount previously charged, AutoLNK reserves the right to take any action necessary to collect the owed amount. This may include immediate termination of services without notice. You are responsible for ensuring that your services are renewed, and AutoLNK is not liable if your credit card cannot be charged for renewals. All payments are processed in U.S. dollars, and charges will be displayed during the checkout process.
Payments for AutoLNK services may be processed by a third-party provider, and your use of these payment services is subject to that provider’s terms and conditions. By using AutoLNK’s payment options, you agree to comply with the terms of the payment processor.

AutoLNK offers an online ticketing service that enables registered event organizers to collect registration fees for their events from participants (“Buyers”) through the platform.
Organizers can set up an account with AutoLNK to manage ticket sales and registrations directly.
AutoLNK acts solely as a ticketing platform and is not responsible for the events themselves. If you encounter any issues with an event you’ve purchased tickets for, please contact the
event organizer directly. AutoLNK may refuse service at its discretion. By purchasing tickets or merchandise, you consent to the event organizer accessing your contact details provided during checkout, and AutoLNK is not liable for the organizer's use of this information.
Purchasing through AutoLNK implies that you opt-in to communications from the organizer.
Refund policies are determined by each event organizer, so please refer to the specific event page for their refund policy. For event cancellations or postponements, AutoLNK disclaims all liability, and your acceptance of these terms releases AutoLNK and its affiliates from any related claims. Event organizers manage their own policies for refunds in these circumstances.
For registered users, tickets purchased through AutoLNK will be available in your "My Tickets" section after logging in. Non-registered users can access their tickets from the confirmation page immediately after purchase or via email. Please print your tickets for admission at the event venue.
AutoLNK applies service fees to certain tickets, which are based on the ticket price and any additional features selected by the event organizer. These fees are non-refundable, including in cases where the event is canceled or postponed, and will be clearly shown during the
checkout process. Even if an organization advertises “no fees,” AutoLNK’s fees remain applicable and enforceable.
All purchases are processed in U.S. dollars (USD), and refunds will be issued in the same currency. For international transactions, your bank or credit card provider determines the applicable exchange rate, not AutoLNK. As a result, AutoLNK is not responsible for any variations in the amount refunded due to currency conversion differences.
When purchasing through AutoLNK, ensure your billing information matches your credit card statement exactly to avoid processing errors. AutoLNK accepts major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Charges will appear as AutoLNK on your statement.
Event organizers who violate AutoLNK’s terms of service may have their access to the ticketing platform terminated at the discretion of AutoLNK.
AutoLNK may provide event organizers with a dedicated sub-domain for event management (e.g., AutoLNK.com/[sub-domain]). These sub-domains are owned by AutoLNK and may be revoked at any time, with or without notice.
All merchandise sales made through AutoLNK are final, and no refunds will be issued.
These Terms, along with any documents expressly mentioned within, form the complete agreement between you and AutoLNK regarding your use of the Services. This agreement replaces any prior terms or understandings between you and AutoLNK related to the Services. Additional terms may apply when using specific features, affiliate services, or third-party content linked through AutoLNK.
The Terms and your relationship with AutoLNK will be governed by the laws of the State of California, without reference to its conflict of law rules. Any legal disputes, claims, or issues arising from these Terms or your use of the Services must be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Kern County, California, or the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California. By using the Services, you consent to the jurisdiction of these courts and waive any objections to such venues, including claims of inconvenience.
If AutoLNK does not enforce any part of these Terms, it does not mean that AutoLNK waives the right to enforce it later. If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will still apply, and the court should interpret the Terms to best reflect the parties’ intentions.
Your AutoLNK account and any associated rights are personal to you and cannot be transferred to others. In the event of your death or incapacity, your account will be terminated, and all associated content will be permanently deleted upon submission of a death certificate.
You agree that any legal claims or actions related to your use of AutoLNK’s Services or these Terms must be initiated within one (1) year from the date the claim or cause of action arose. After this period, such claims or actions will be permanently barred, regardless of any conflicting legal statutes.
Section titles in these Terms are provided for convenience and do not affect the interpretation or enforceability of the provisions.
